The Extended Warranty program is administered by an independent third party, GoGo Pro Shield. All provisions and conditions of the program are governed solely by the policies and terms of that company. The dealer shall not be held liable for any obligations, decisions, or exclusions arising from the implementation of such terms and conditions.
